Delivery Information

For small items (accessories, i.e lamps, pictures, sculptures) that are listed as in stock we aim to ship within 2 working days on a next working day delivery. Often these items will be sent with a courier company and tracking details sent to you via email.

For larger items (e.g. sofas, dining sets, beds) that are listed as in stock we aim to deliver within 10 working days. These deliveries would be pre-arranged with you and completed with at least a two man team.

Our standard online delivery service is FREE (within 50 miles radius of one of our stores). This is all part of our commitment to the highest standards of customer care. Our highly trained delivery crew will deliver your new furniture, eliminating any concerns about manoeuvring or damaging it yourself and the removal of bulky packaging.

Your furniture is carefully transported and wrapped in protective packaging to keep it in perfect condition. We’ll unwrap and place your furniture exactly where you want it (subject to access, this does not include assembly), then remove all the packaging for recycling. (This excludes self-assembly furniture).

We will ask you to examine the goods in the presence of our delivery crew and if you find the goods to be defective in any way this should be noted on the delivery documentation which will be relayed to our customer services department who will contact you within 48 hours.
